Public website statistics
Our public Group and Studio pages use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure page openings, country-level location, referring domains, broad device information and loading performance. This service uses no analytics cookies, local storage or persistent visitor identifier. Statistics may be sampled; visits are not a count of unique people. We do not use it to recognise returning visitors, record form contents or replay sessions. The analytics beacon is excluded from our intake, privacy and terms pages, API routes and private workflow pages.
What the Studio receives
When you use Studio Intake, Alpha Beata Group receives the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company context, project goals, timing, selected directions, and reference links or notes.
Why the information is used
The information is used to review your enquiry, understand the potential scope, prepare a response, and coordinate a possible engagement. Submitting an intake does not create a client relationship or obligation to begin work.
Sensitive material
Please do not place passwords, access credentials, payment information, or highly sensitive confidential material in the initial intake. Additional confidentiality and secure-transfer requirements can be agreed before detailed files are exchanged.
Storage and access
Submitted intake information is stored for Studio review and is intended to be accessible only to the people responsible for evaluating and responding to the request. Alpha Beata Group may use service providers that support website hosting and secure data storage.
